1. Digital Products & Workout Plans
All workout plans, once purchased and delivered (whether downloadable or accessible through your account), are non-refundable. Since these are digital goods, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once access has been granted.
We do not issue refunds for:
- Completed or accessed workout plans
- Missed workout sessions
- Lack of results (fitness outcomes vary by individual effort and consistency)
- Change of mind after purchase
2. Exceptional Refunds
In rare and exceptional cases (e.g., accidental duplicate purchase, technical error), we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If approved, the refund amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. These must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase and must include:
- Order ID
- Reason for request
- Supporting screenshots or details (if applicable)
